Zygmunt Lorence

Mr. Zygmunt F. Lorence, age 76, of La Porte, Ind., died 4:30 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. He was born June 23, 1931 in South Bend, Ind. to the late Zigmund Lorence and the late Bernice Knapp Lorence. He has lived most of his life in the LaPorte area. Mr. Lorence was employed by LaPorte Water Department in the Meter Maintenance Department for 15 years and retired in 1998. He was a Veteran of US Navy during the Korea Conflict. Mr. Lorence and Diane Pellerin have been together since July 17, 1965 and were married in Eveleth Ohio. He is also survived by his wife Mrs. Diane Pellerin Lorence; Four Daughters, Cynthia Lorence of South Bend, Ind., Lorie Fallon of Endicott, N.Y., Mrs. Carol Charles Bivino of Endwell, N.Y., Mrs. Terri Ed Reinke of La Porte, Ind.; Five Sons, John Dana Lorence of Salt Lake City, Utah, Timothy Katina Lorence of La Porte, Ind., William Lorence of La Porte, Ind., Mr. Ronald Lorie Button of Newark, N.Y., Mr. Donald Michelle Button of Nineveh, N.Y.; Twenty Six grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday, November 12, 2007. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 2:00 PM Monday, November 12, 2007, Rev. Steve Laue officiating. Interment will be at Kingsbury Cemetery in Kingsbury, Ind.
