William T. Wood, Jr. December 25, 1974-June 25, 2015 William T. Wood, Jr., 40, of La Porte, Indiana, died Thursday June 25, 2015 at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital. He was born December 25, 1974 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of William T. Wood, Sr. and Helen (Neary) Wood. He was a member of Sons of American Legion. He is survived by his father, William T. (Rita) Wood of LaPorte, IN. and his mother Helen Neary of LaPorte, IN.; one brother, James Allen Wood of La Porte, IN, and one sister, Nichole Rene (Tim) Martin of Fort Wayne, IN; two nephews, Cody and Zackari; two nieces, Jayme and Gwenn, and one great-niece, Layla. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. A Graveside Service will be held at Pine Lake Cemetery, Friday July 3, 2015 at 1:30 pm with Pastor JoEllyn Chadwick, officiating.
