Mr. William R. Lumpp, 49, of 1781S CR-875E, Mill Creek, died Sunday, July 25, 2004, at 4:13 a.m. at his home. He was born Sept. 13, 1954, in Chicago to William and Adeline Thome Lumpp, and had lived in Mill Creek four years, coming from Chicago. Mr. Lumpp had worked in auto body repair for 20 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 400 in Fish Lake and was a U.S. Navy veteran during peacetime. On Sept. 28, 1996, in Chicago, he married Karen Kellett, who survives. Also surviving are his mother, of Mill Creek; five daughters, Stacy Klibinski of Fish Lake, Tabatha L. of Chicago and Samantha Shelton and Christine and Erica, all of Mill Creek; five sons, William Klibinski of Florida, Corey Klibinski of LaPorte and John Kellett, Adam W. and Bryan, all of Mill Creek; four grandchildren; two sisters, Charlene Cagle and Arlene Shillis, both of Maryland; and his godfather, Robert Thome of Chicago. He was preceded in death by his father. The funeral will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Haverstock Funeral Home, LaPorte, with Rev. Jack Cox officiating.
