Teresa Topolski

Teresa K. Topolski, 58, of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away, Monday August 9, 2010 at her home. She was born June 23, 1952 in, La Porte, IN, the daughter of Williard Wiedeman and Phyllis McAllister Wiedeman. Teresa was a dental office manager. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Valparaiso. Teresa enjoyed sewing, card making, and crafts, she specially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. On May 2, 1981, in Michigan City, IN, she married Richard Topolski, who survives. She is also survived by her son - Andrew Shar Topolski of AZ; daughter - Michelle Todd Childress of LaPorte, IN; three grandchildren - Nathan of LaPorte, IN, Nickolas of LaPorte, IN, Collin of AZ; sister - Judith Pate of St. Louis, MO, and two brothers - Willard "Bud" Tina Wiedeman of KY, James April Wiedeman of KY. Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Linda Dauterich. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Friday, August 13, 2010 9:00 am, until time of service. Services will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Friday August 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Freida Scales officiating. Interment will follow at the Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
