Sheila Harrier

Sheila K. "Cookie" Harrier, age 56, of 837 S. Edison Ave., South Bend, Ind., died Wednesday, February 22, 2006, at Our Lady of Peace Hospital in South Bend, Ind. She was born March 19, 1949 in South Bend, IN. to the late Gale Platz, Sr. and Jean Kosinski Platz. Harrier was employed as a Sales Clerk by Weller Auto Parts. She enjoyed doing crafts, working on cars, drawing, and she was a very good cook. She is also survived by her Two Daughters, Nicole Komon of South Bend, Ind., Danielle Komon of South Bend, Ind., One Son, Brent Komon of South Bend, Ind. Two Grandchildren, Andrea Medina and Kylie Komon; One Sister, Sue Lawrence Smith of La Porte, Ind.; and One Brother, Gale Tami Platz, Jr. of La Porte, Ind. She was preceded in death by her father Gale Platz, Sr., One Brother, Dennis Platz, and One Sister Mary Platz. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2006Graveside at Patton Cemetery. Graveside service will be at Patton Cemetery at 1:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2006, Pastor Joann Kaiser officiating. Interment will be at Patton Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
