Sharon Rose

Mrs. Sharon Lou Cable Rose, age 63, of Mill Creek, Ind., died Thursday, June 9, 2005, at University of Chicago in Chicago, Ill. She was born July 2, 1941 in LaPorte, IN. to the late Robert Cable and the late Helen Pearish Cable, and has lived in the La Porte area all of her life. Mrs. Rose was retired from the Voter Registration Office where she had worked for 20 years. She Enjoyed her Children and Grandchildren. On August 9, 1956 she married Freddie L. Rose, who preceded her in death on January 31, 1997. She was also preceded by her by her parents, one son Todd E. Rose, one sister and one brother. She is survived by her four Daughters, Mrs. Nancy Tim Morgan of Mill Creek, Ind., Mrs. Beth Wally Wazinek of La Porte, Ind., Mrs. Susan Claude Klibinski of Mill Creek, Ind., Mrs. Krista Todd Aumick of Big Lake, Alaska; One Son, Mr. Jeffery Kathee Rose of Mishawaka, Ind.; One Sister; Thirteen grandchildren Cory Shoffner, Roy Morgan Jr., Andrew Morgan, Brea Bracken, Katie Bracken, Jamie Bracken, Nicole Knowlton, Maria DeLaPaz, Kyle Rose, Dustin Walker, Sam Walker, Kelsey Walker, Todd Williamson; Six great-grandchildren; and a life long best friend and cousin Susan Cable of LaPorte, IN. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2005 and 8:00 AM Tuesday, June 14, 2005 until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 14, 2005 , Rev. Carl Galloway officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Mill Creek, Ind.
