Seva Kay Peckat passed away on May 20, 2024. Kay was born May 13, 1944 in Minneapolis, MN to Mattie Louise (Mosley) and Eddie Sanders. Kay worked as a secretary for the majority of her life. She loved to sew, craft, and cook.

Kay was preceded in death by her great grandson, Brody Herwehe, her parents, two sisters and her nephew Kellen Moelich.

She is survived by her children, Lisa (Ed) Kreitz, Byron Scott (Lori Jo) Peckat, Wayne Peckat, Brian (Tina) Peckat, and Shannon Peckat, her grandchildren Brittany, Amanda (Scott), Christian (Jessica), Jeremy, and Eric (Amanda), and great grandchildren Payton, Paige, Jayrin, Damien, Bentley, Van, Carter, Zander, Conner, and Finley, one sister, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN.  Cremation has taken place.
