Mr. Scott L. Scarborough, age 45, of Union Mills, Ind., died Wednesday, August 27, 2008, in La Porte, Ind. He was born in LaPorte, Ind. on May 31, 1963 to Howard Scarborough and Frances Fort Scarborough Mr. Scarborough was employed by Carpenters Union Local #1485 and was a member of Light House Assembly of God Church of Kingsford Heights. He enjoyed and loved his children and all children. He loved his motorcycle, and was a member of the A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Club. In July of 1984, he married Gayle Ann Ultch, who preceded, September 21, 1984. He is survived by his, Father; Howard Barb Scarborough of Westville, Ind., Mother; Frances Hogle of Kingsford Heights, Ind. , One Daughter; Carly Kohout of Union Mills, Ind.; Two Sons, Lucas Scarborough of Union Mills, Ind., David Melichar of Washington, One Sister,; Penny Scarborough of Union Mills, Ind.; Two Brothers, James Scarborough of Kingsford Heights, Ind., Del Christie Scarborough of Culver, Ind.; Grandmother-Mrs. Harriet Scarborough of Union Mills, Ind. He is preceded in death by Grandparents and one sister, Amanda Scarborough. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2008 and from 12:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2008, until time of service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2008 , with Rev. Jason Saffirt, officiating. Interment will be at Union Mills Cemetery in Union Mills, Ind.
