Ruth Seppey

Ruth E. Seppey March 9, 1929-October 25, 2016 Ruth E. Seppey age 87, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 with her loving family by her side. She is survived by her daughter, Teri Raven; son, Gary Seppey; grandchildren, Andrew Seppey, Matthew Seppey and Rachael Raven and step brother, George Early. Preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Evelyn Bennitt; husband, Robert Seppey; son, Larry Seppey and sister, Doris Bennitt. Ruth was born in Rolling Prairie, IN and was a graduate of Washington High School in South Bend, IN. On June 8, 1948 in La Porte, IN she married Robert Seppey who preceded her in death. Ruth retired in 1990 from American Rubber with 32 years of service as a machine operator. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the First Church of God. Ruth was a loving wife, daughter, mother and grandmother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 12:00 PM (CST) DIRECTLY at Pine Lake Cemetery, La Porte, IN with Rev. Roger Ash officiating.
