Ruth Crawford

Mrs. Ruth Julia Fenker Crawford, age 94, of LaPorte, Ind., died Wednesday, May 18, 2005, at Fountainview Terrace in La Porte, Ind. She was born December 24, 1910 in LaPorte, Indiana to Fred and Ellen Ganschow Fenker, who has proceeded. Also preceded, is a sister, Mrs. Florence Bull, a brother, Fred Fenker, a sister, Lucille Fenker. Mrs. Crawford lived all of her life in the LaPorte, area. On November 6, 1946 in LaPorte, Indiana, she was married to Harvey C. Crawford, who survives. Mrs. Crawford was a Homemaker and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, May 22, 2005; and from 12:00 PM on Monday 05/23/2005 until time of service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, May 23, 2005 . Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
