Ruth Alger

Miss Ruth Lee Alger, age 65, of 3306 W. CR 800 N., Michigan City, Ind., died Tuesday, September 20, 2005, at 10:15 AM at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born September 19, 1940 in LaPorte, IN. to the late Morris Alger, Sr. and the late Ruth Danielson Alger. She has lived in the LaPorte area all of her life. Miss Alger was employed by Parco Foods and was a member of Springville Free Methodist. She Graduated from St. Mary Of The Woods in 1973. She is also survived by Three Sisters, Mrs. Joan Deckard of Michigan City, Ind., Sharon Kay Alger, Patty Lou Zeno Schultz of Acron, Ind.; One Brother, Morris Eugene Betty Alger, Jr. of Chandler, Ariz. and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, September 21, 2005. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 22, 2005, Pastor David C. Hill officiating. Interment will be at Springville Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
