Rosalia E. Keller March 31, 1941-April 28, 2014 Rosalia E. Keller, 73, of La Porte, Indiana, died Monday April 28, 2014 at her home. She was born March 31, 1941 in Michigan City, Indiana, the daughter of Herman L. Carter, Sr. and Helen Teresa (Sack) Carter. Rosalia was a member of Church of God in LaPorte. On February 2, 2000, in LaPorte, IN, she married Jack L. Keller who preceded her in death November 29, 2008. She is survived by her two daughters, Helen T. Sookradge of Michigan City, IN, Donna M. Pace of Michigan City, IN; son, Joseph F. Pace of La Porte, IN; four grandchildren, Jacqueline H. Sookradge, Joseph E. Sookradge, Jessica H. Sookradge, Joshua E. Sookradge; great-grandchild, Julianna H. Sookradge; four sisters, Doris Resteau of Valparaiso, IN, Katherine Marciniak of Plano, IL, Ruth Ann Leeds of Michigan City, IN, Nancy L. Willis of Michigan City, IN. Rosalia was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband,Velmer Pace, 2nd husband, Walter Thrasher and 3rd husband, Jack L. Keller; three sisters, and five brothers. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Friday, May 2, 2014 from 10:00 am, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Friday May 2, 2014 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Roderick Hoffman, officiating.
