Roger Day

Mr. Roger A. Day, 53, of 102 Hedge Ct., LaPorte, Indiana passed away Tuesday May 25, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Day had lived in the LaPorte area all of his life. Born on January 22, 1951 in LaPorte to Fred and Elizabeth Goodson Day, who survives. He was owner-operator of Roger?s Appliance Repair of LaPorte. Surviving with his parents are one son; Peter Day of LaPorte, one daughter; Holly Day of LaPorte, two sisters; Beckie Mike Moore of Three Oaks, Michigan and Judy Herschel Jones of Knox, Indiana, one grandchild; Dylan Day. Preceding him in death was one brother; James Day. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday May 28, 2004 at the Haverstock Funeral Home with Rev. Odell Hughes officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and Friday 8:00 until time of service. Burial will be in the Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
