Robert Ross Sr.

Mr. Robert J. Ross, Sr., age 64, of Rolling Prairie, Ind., died Sunday, April 15, 2007, at Decedent's Residence in Rolling Prairie, IN., He was born January 20, 1943 in Blaine, KY, to the late Robert Ross and the late Clara Sauers Ross. Mr. Robert J. Ross, Sr. was employed by Toro Wheelhorse, as a welder, he Loved to fish, golf, gardening, and loved his grandchildren. He was a loving father and husband. On November 17, 1962 in Rolling Prairie, Indiana, he married Carol Ann Ross, who survives. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Carol Ann Ross Ross of Rolling Prairie, IN, One Daughter, Mrs. Rhonda Lynn Ross Dennis Wilson of Michigan City, Ind. One Son, Mr. Robert J. Susan Ross, Jr. of New Carlisle, Ind, One Sister, Mrs. Peggy Sue Hooker of South Bend, Ind. Four Brothers, Mr. Garry W. Ross of Indianapolis, Ind., Mr. Bill Ross of Louisa, Ky, Mr. James Ross of Elkhart, Ind., Mr. Steve Allen Ross of Nashville, Tenn. He has Three grandchildren, and Six great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday, April 19, 2007 and from 8:30 AM Friday, April 20, 2007, until time of service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:00 AM Friday, April 20, 200, with Pastor Vic Prietto and Tony Mostello, officiating.
