Robert Charles Cizewski

Robert Charles Cizewski, 82, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 at The Willows in Valparaiso.

He was born January 8, 1940 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Edward Walter and Madeline Cleo (Warner) Cizewski.

A lifelong resident of the area, Robert was a machinist for Aero Metals, where he retired in 1985. He faithfully served in the United States Army from 1957-1959.   Robert enjoyed motorcycling, especially his Honda Gold Wing.

He is survived by his sons, Scott (Lorrie) Cizewski of La Porte, IN, Marc (Beth) Cizewski of La Porte; daughter, Kim Miller of Iowa; brother, Ronald (Yvonne) Cizewski of Montana; sister, Carol Tibbs of La Porte; grandchildren Mindi (John) Price of Iowa, Emily (Tim) Mace, Adam Cizewski, Jackson Cizewski and Evan Cizewski, all of La Porte.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, who died June 18, 1999 and his brother Roger.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Cremation will take place.
