Raymond Wheatbrook

Mr. Raymond Wheatbrook, 69, of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, died Friday August 27, 2010 at La Porte Hospital in La Porte, IN. He was born April 27, 1941 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Wilbur Wheatbrook and Ruth Luther Wheatbrook. Raymond worked as a Truck Driver for 31 years for Landstar Inway of Valparaiso, IN. He has worked for NAPA of La Porte for the last three years. He loved nature, gardening and animals. On December 31, 1990, he married Linda Bowering Wheatbrook who survives. He is also survived by his daughter - Patricia Juan DeLeon of South Bend, IN; Step-daughter - Kelly Mark Lesiuk of South Bend, IN; 3 grandchildren - John DeLeon, Tatum DeLeon, Tess Lesiuk; great-grandson - Isayah DeLeon; and his beloved dog - Baby. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Mary Wheatbrook, and a brother, Robert Wheatbrook. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, Ind.
