Phyllis Probst

Mrs. Phyllis June Probst, age 69, of La Porte, Ind., died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born October 16, 1938 in La Porte, Ind. to the late Harold Koepke, Sr. and the late Helen Urszulack Koepke. She has lived most of her life in the LaPorte area. Mrs. Probst was a Homemaker. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and family and she enjoyed doing puzzle books. On October 16, 1956 in LaPorte Ind. she married Harold Probst who preceded March 28, 1996. She is survived by her Daughter, Mrs. Tina Walker James Caudill of La Porte, Ind.; Three Sons, Mr. Peter Probst, Sr. of La Porte, Ind., Mr. Rickey Cindy Probst of La Porte, Ind., Mr. Tom Shelly Probst of La Porte, Ind.; Seven grandchildren, Peter Probst Jr., Angel Probst, Alysha Probst, Shyan Probst, Chance Probst, David Walker Jr., Dylan Walker; Five Sisters, Mrs. Susan James Conley of La Porte, Ind., Mrs. Paula Larry Dillard of La Porte, Ind., Mrs. Joan Earl Warfel of La Porte, Ind., Mrs. Frances Art Feehan of La Porte, Ind., Mrs. Bernice David Bowman of Rhinelander, Wis. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Two Sisters, Mrs. Ann Oknezski, Irene Johnson; Four Brothers, Harold Koepke Jr. Robert Koepke, James Koepke and Joseph Koepke. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM Thursday, May 15, 2008. A graveside service will be at Patton Cemetery at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 15, 2008, Rev. Steve Laue officiating. Interment will be at Patton Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
