Pauline Gustafson

Mrs. Pauline K. Gustafson, age 79, of La Porte, Ind., died Saturday, February 25, 2006, at 7:30 PM at Her Residence in La Porte, Ind. She was born August 11, 1926 in Bass Lake, Ind. to the late Ivan Kistler and the late Lillie Klatt Kistler. She has lived in the LaPorte area since 1948 coming from the Knox area. Mrs. Gustafson was employed as a service clerk for 18 years by General Telephone Co. and retired in 1984. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. On September 29, 1945 in Knox Indiana she married Raymond Gustafson who preceded her in death on August 18, 2005. She is survived by One Daughter, Mrs. Loni Jerry Zygmont of La Porte, Ind.; One Son, Mr. Jerrold Gustafson of South Bend, Ind.; Three grandchildren Christopher Zygmont, David Zygmont, and Kevin Zygmont; and Three great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 1, 2006 and Thursday Noon until time of the Service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 2, 2006, Rev. Reuben D. Eversman officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in La Porte, Ind.
