Patricia Jensen

Mrs. Patricia J. Harris Jensen, age 72, of New Carlisle, IN, died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at South Bend Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. She was born September 23, 1933 in Rolling Prairie, Indiana, to Ralph Harris and Edith Reese Harris, who has preceded. Also preceded in death, are three brothers, Richard Harris, Wayne Harris, and Douglas Harris. Mrs. Jensen has lived most of her life in the LaPorte area. On May 20, 1972, in Rolling Prairie, IN, she was married to Carl John Jensen, Sr., who has preceded, June 25, 1987. Mrs. Jensen was employed by Five Star Grocery Store, as a Office Clerk, and was a member of First Christian Church of Rolling Prairie. She loved her children, grandchildren and she loved gardening. Surviving are Two Daughters, Mrs. Jodi Gilchrist of Rolling Prairie, IN, Mrs. Laura Holtzclaw of Magnolia, Ark, Three Sons, Carl "J.R." John Jensen of Rosston, Ark, Mr. Dan Doreen Hammons of Sawyer, Mich, Mr. Brett Hammons of Joplin, Mo, One Sister, Mrs. Marguerite Ervin Schroeder of Rolling Prairie, IN, Three Brothers, Mr. J. Warren Hope Harris of Rolling Prairie, IN, Mr. J. Thomas Lorea Harris of Rolling Prairie, IN, Mr. Michael Debra Harris of Rolling Prairie, IN, Mrs. Jensen has Eight grandchildren, and Two great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday, July 10, 2006. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 12:00 PM Monday, July 10, 2006 , with Bro. Ransom Ebersole officiating.
