Mrs. Patricia D. Laderoot Harris, age 73, of La Porte, IN, died Monday, July 25, 2005, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, IN. She was born June 18 1932, in Pontiac, MI, to Sylvester Laderoot and Leone Schafer Laderfoot, who has preceded. Also preceded is a son, Mr. Rick Allen Harris. Mrs. Harris has lived most of her life in the LaPorte area. On June 16, 1961 in LaPorte, IN, she was married to William L. Harris, who survives. Mrs. Harris was employed by Del-Ray Inn. surviving is her husband, Mr. William L. Harris; of LaPorte, IN, One Son, Mr. Scott Lisa Harris of La Porte, IN, Three Daughters, Mrs. Crystal Doug Taylor of La Porte, IN, Mrs. Jamie Bob Garrett of La Porte, IN, Mrs. Leea Tom Galloway of La Porte, IN, One Sister, Mrs. Carolyn Whitman of South Bend, IN, One Brother, Mr. William Laderoot of Rolling Prairie, IN, Eight grandchildren, Sunny, Jamie, Ryan, Karielle, Bobby, Jordan, Payton, Zoya. Three great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 27, 2005, and from 8:00 AM until time of service, Thursday, July 28, 2005. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 28, 2005 , Rev. Steve Laue officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, IN.
