Pansy Nulf

Mrs. Pansy T. Nulf, age 89, of Knox, Ind., died Friday, December 12, 2008, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Ind. She has live in the Knox area for the last 9 month coming from LaPorte, Ind. She was born on March 6, 1919 in Clay County, Ill. to the late Maurice M. Leonard and the late Clara Johnson Leonard. Mrs. Nulf was retired as a seamstress from Kingsley Furniture Co. Pansy was an avid bowler for many years; she also played on the Kingsley Softball Team for years. She was an avid flower grower and fed the squirrels around her home. On March 18, 1939 in Knox, Ind. she married Paul K. Nulf, who preceded, March 17, 2008. She is survived by her ; Four Daughters, Paula Michael Grimes of Knox, Ind., Sandy Bob Palen of La Porte, Ind., Sherry Neal Gorden of Walkerton, Ind., Lynda Bill Friend of North Liberty, Ind.; One Son, Larry Nulf of La Porte, Ind.; Nine grandchildren, Four great-grandchildren, One great-great-grandchild, Four Step-grandchildren and Thirteen Step-great grandchildren; Two Sisters, Betty Galloway of La Porte, Ind., and Maxine Binkowski of Knox, Ind. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2008 and from 9:00 AM Tuesday until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 15, 2008, with Rev. Carl Galloway, officiating. Interment will be at Patton Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
