Pamela Sue Keith-Phillips March 22, 1958-September 24, 2014 Ms. Pamela Sue Keith-Phillips, 56, of La Porte, Indiana, died Wednesday September 24, 2014 at in La Porte, IN. She was born March 22, 1958 in Logan, West Virginia, the daughter of Jasper Keith and Euna (Baisden) Keith. Pamela attended the First Freewill Baptist Church of LaPorte. She worked two years as a registered nurse for Sanctuary at St. Paul's in South Bend, IN., retiring in 2012. She was a RN/MDS Coordinator, and attended continuing education workshops and seminars. Pamela is a "kid at heart", she loved watching movies, especially Christmas and animated movies with her grandchildren. Pamela loved shopping and meeting friends and family at restaurants. She is survived by her former spouse, Ross Phillips of Knox, IN; by her children, Carrie (Jose) Ponce of La Porte, IN, Jason (Rachel) Phillips of Culver, IN., Brandy (Danny) Pace of La Porte, IN, Heather Quinn (Christopher Kabowski) of La Porte, IN., Dakota Phillips of Knox, IN; sixteen grandchildren, Morgyn Ponce, Markos Ponce, Charity Pace, Jacob Pace, Alea Pace, Jeremiah Pace, Trina West, Sienna West, Zach West, Lucas West, Caden Kabowski, Chloe Kabowski, Peter Bakich, Isaac Phillips, Anaiah Phillips, and Chastity Phillips. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, two grandchildren, Seth Oyola, and Brianna Pace. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Friday, September 26, 2014 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, September 27, 2014 9:00 am, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Saturday September 27, 2014 at 10:00 am with Rev. Leonard Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family of Pamela S. Keith-Phillips.
