Mrs. Norma Jean Lotter Tarnow, age 66, of Rolling Prairie, IN, died Saturday, January 14, 2006, at Decedent's Residence in Rolling Prairie, IN. She was born February 27, 1939 in Walkerton, IN, to Ernest Lotter and Una Caulk Lotter, who has preceded. Also preceded is a son, Todd Lee Tarnow, brother, Lee Lotter, brother, Coy Lotter. Mrs. Tarnow was a Homemaker and worked at Allis Chalmers from 1957-1961in the IBM Department, also at Sun Appliance in the repair Department for 7 years, and Sunflower carrier for 9 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Kingsbury. She Taught elementary, Junior & Senior High Sunday School, Norma & her husband were in charge of youth activities for many local churches. Had hayrides, snowmobile parties, pizza dinners, etc. She was a loving mother, who enjoyed cooking & entertaining her children and all of their friends. Her kitchen was her home! Surviving is her husband Mr. Harold Tarnow; of Rolling Prairie, IN, One Son, Mr. Harold Lee Mindy Tarnow of Burkburnett, Texas, Two Daughters, Mrs. Teresa Jim Gloor of Ladies Island, S.C, Mrs. Sue Chris Rall of Bloomington, IN, Two Sisters, Mrs. Thelma Jim Fritzen of La Porte, IN, Mrs. Wilma Koeppen of La Porte, IN, One Brother, Mr. Harold Lotter of Mill Creek, IN, Four grandchildren, Timothy Anne Gloor of South Carolina, Christopher Gloor, South Carolina, Matthew Gloor, of South Carolina, Andrew Gloor, of South Carolina. One great-grandchild, Summer Glorr of LaPorte, IN. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 18, 2006. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 18, 2006 , With Rev. Tim Williams and Pastor Jack M. Cox officiating. Cremation will take place.
