Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Foster February 9, 1956-May 19, 2012 Ms. Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Foster , 56, of La Porte, Indiana, died Saturday May 19, 2012 at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital. She was born February 9, 1956 in Michigan City, Indiana, the daughter of Lloyd M. Foster and Alice M. (Strong) Foster. Deborah was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, and the St. John's Circle 7 of the church, V.F.W. Post #1130 Auxiliary, American Legion Post #83 Auxiliary and The Friendship Club. She is survived by her 5 sisters - Linda Tompach of La Porte, IN, Cora Terra of Des Moines, IA, Kathy Foster of La Porte, IN, Dawn Collier of La Porte, IN, Yvonne Clark of Stanford, NC; 4 brothers - Stephen Foster of Ocala, FL, Steward Foster of Ocala, FL, Martin Foster of La Porte, IN, Gregory Foster of La Porte, IN, and many nieces and nephews. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 11:00 am, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Tuesday May 22, 2012 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Aaron Kretzschmar, officiating. Interment will follow at the Union Mills Cemetery, Union Mills, Indiana.
