Mrs. Kathryn Bormann

Kathryn Agnes Bormann , 84, of LaPorte, IN, died Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital in La Porte, IN. She was born August 11, 1926 in LaPorte, Indiana, the daughter of Donald A. Peglow and Ruth (Duchossois) Peglow. Kathryn worked as a office manager for LaPorte Radiology. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, LaPorte Hospital Auxillary. Kathryn enjoyed spending time with her family.. On August 7, 1971, in LaPorte, IN, she married Ernest Bormann who preceded in death November 28, 1981. She is survived by her son - Donald (Gale) Nebelung of Clay Center, KS; 2 Grandchildren - Michele (Bryan) Schwanenberger of Mesa, AZ, Trent (Laura) Nebelung of Phoenix, AZ; 2 great-grandchilds - Riley Grace Schwanenberger, Clementine Rose Nebelung; sister - Judith M. Bey of Lindstrom, MN; 2 brothers - Fred (Kay) Peglow of Michigan City, IN, Don L. Peglow of Indianapolis, IN; 4 nieces - Stacy (Steven) Wiseman, Shaelyn (Michael) Tym, Janette (Will) Haug, Laurie (Keith) Reichold; 5 nephews - Kevin (Diana) Bey, Kenton (Brenda) Bey, Keith (Kathy) Bey, Scott (Suzi) Peglow, Brad (Cheryl) Peglow; Kathryn was preceded in death by her . Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Monday, May 02, 2011 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Services will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Monday May 2, 2011 at 10:00 am with Rev. Evan Lash officiating. Interment will follow at the Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte, IN.
