Mrs. Kathleen Woods

Kathleen "Midge" Woods, 70, of Hamlet, Indiana, died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at her home. She was born September 2, 1941 in Richmond, Virginia, the daughter of James H. Fee and Dora E. (Denson) Fee. Kathleen "Midge" retired from Foam-Ex as a line supervisor. She enjoyed reading, and spending time with her three close friends from Knox and especially with her grandchildren. On June 27, 1959, in Knox, IN, she married Bobby R. Woods who preceded her in death January 23, 2008. She is survived by her 3 daughters - Bobbie (Harold, Jr.) Farmer of Union Mills, IN, Jackie (Frank) Draper of Olivehurst, CA, Kineta Woods of Hamlet, IN; 6 grandchildren- Angela, Ashley, Elizabeth, Dakota, Cody and Travis; four great grandchildren; and two step- grandchildren; 2 brothers - Ronald "R.E." Fee of Hamlet, IN, Boyd "Grover" Fee of Kingsford Heights, IN. and 2 sisters - Shelby "Jean" Lawson of KY, Malinda "Irene" Yacconi of La Porte, IN. Kathleen "Midge" was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, Charles Fee. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 10:00 am, until time of service. A Life Celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 11:00 am with officiating. Interment will follow at the Tracy Cemetery, Hamlet, Indiana.
