Mrs. Kathleen Long

Mrs. Kathleen Long, 58, of Imperial Beach, California, died Monday, January 7, 2013 at her home. She was born April 2, 1954 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of William C. Ash and Marilyn (Holp) Ash. Kathleen graduated from LaPorte High School. She enjoyed life and loved attending her church. She was married to Kevin E. Long, who survives. She is also survived by her 3 aunts - Marjorie Cummings of La Porte, IN, Charlotte Ash of Lafayette, IN, and Shirley Lanz of Dallas, TX; several cousins, and her best friend - Diana Sullivan of La Porte, IN. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, several aunts, uncles & cousins. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. A funeral service was held in San Diego, California.
