Mrs. Judy Doll

Mrs. Judy R. Doll, 61, of La Porte, Indiana, died Saturday October 6, 2012 at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital. She was born April 27, 1951 in Paris, Illinois, the daughter of Dale Ames and Doris (Ward) Thompson. Judy worked as a Tech Welder for TP Laboratories. Judy enjoyed cooking, and camping. She loved spending time with her family and especially with her grandchildren. On May 15, 1998, in LaPorte, IN, she married Charles Doll who survives. She is also survived by her 2 sons Barry (Bobbi) Ames of Kingsbury, IN., and Don (Lynne) Comstock of La Porte, IN.; 6 grandchildren - Jagger, Desney, Owen, Alyse, Aiden and Madelyn.; 3 brothers - Todd , Bobby, and Randy Ames. Judy was preceded in death by her parents. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN where the family will receive friends Tuesday, October 9, 2012 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Tuesday October 9, 2012 at 7:00 pm with Pastor Roger Ash officiating.
