Michael G. Pedzinski, Jr. January 20, 1967-April 26, 2014 Michael G. Pedzinski, Jr., 47, of La Porte, Indiana, died Saturday April 26, 2014 at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital Michigan City, IN. He was born January 20, 1967 in Michigan City, Indiana, the son of Michael G. Pedzinski and Georgia C. (Hibner) Pedzinski Garwick. Michael worked for Sanduski Abrasive. He enjoyed fishing and family functions. Michael had a very kind heart and was always helping friends and family. He is survived by his mother, Georgia C. Garwick and step-father, Jack F. Garwick, Sr. of La Porte, IN; grandmother, Shirley Hibner of Michigan City, IN; two brothers, Jack (Noelle) Garwick, Jr. of Kingsford Heights, IN, and Don (Crystal) Garwick of Portage, IN; sister, Michelle (Robert) Pajor of La Porte, IN and many nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his father, and three grandparents. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Friday, May 2, 2014 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 9:30 am until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Saturday May 3, 2014 at 10:30 am with Pastor Jo Ellyn Chadwick officiating.
