Mildred Jasinski

Mrs. Mildred J. Budka Jasinski, age 83, of 2006 Hawthorne, Michigan City, Ind., died 8:45 AM Sunday, January 8, 2006, at 211 Allen St., Michigan City, Ind. She was born Nov. 1, 1922 in Sa Pierre, Ind. to the late Joseph Budka and the late Mary Lukes Budka. On Nov. 27, 1948 in San Pierre, Ind. she married John Jasinski who preceded in death May 8, 1992. Mrs. Jasinski was employed by Kingsley Furniture Co. and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved her grandchildren; she enjoyed canning Food; Gardening; and Keeping her house clean. She is survived by her One Son, Mr. Tom Susan Jasinski of La Porte, Ind., Two Grandchildren, Ashley Jasinski, Kyle Jasinski; and One Sister, Mrs. Clara Fort of Union Mills, Ind. She is preceded in death by her parents and eight siblings. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 10, 2006 and 9:00 AM Wednesday until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 11, 2006, Rev. Ted Nordquist officiating. Interment will be at Patton Cemetery in La Porte, Ind.
