Matthew Bowers

Mr. Matthew C. Bowers, 17, of 2652 W. Joilet Rd., LaPorte, Indiana passed away Sunday July 11, 2004 at LaPorte, Hospital, LaPorte, Indiana. He had lived in the LaPorte area. Born December 24, 1986 in LaPorte to Douglas and Brenda Bush Bowers, who survive. He worked for PR?S Lawn Service and attended LaPorte High School. Matthew was part of LaPorte Junior Golf Tour and bowled with the Youth League. Surviving with his parents is one brother; Jeffery Bowers of LaPorte, grandparents Les and Betty Bowers of LaPorte and grand father Kenneth Bush of Doniphan, Missouri. Preceding him in death was a one grandmother; Gladys Alexander and his great grandparents. A funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Haverstock Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Meyers officiating. Friends may call Tuesday, July 13, 2004 from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday July 14, 2004 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Burial will be in the Door Village Cemetery of LaPorte.
