Mary Dugger

Mary Marvilyne Adams Dugger, age 87, of La Porte, Ind., died Friday, March 14, 2008, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born July 31, 1921 in Athens, AL, She was the daughter of the late Clifford Adams and the late Emma Daniel.Also preceded in death was her husband Mr. Richard Floyd Dugger, and her three brothers, and two sisters, and one grandson, Dwayne Dugger. Mrs. Dugger has lived in the LaPorte area for 56 years, coming from Athens, Al. On March 26, 1938, she was married to Richard Floyd Dugger, who preceded Oct. 7, 1996. Dugger was employed by Kinsley Furniture for 25 years, retiring 1977. She was a member of Member of the Aero Club of LaPorte, she enjoyed to play Bingo. She also was a member of the VFW Post #1130, she was a avid Quilt maker. She is also survived by her Two Sons, Richard Cynthia Dugger of La Porte, Ind. W.T. Joyce Dugger of LaPorte, Ind. She has six grandchildren and Five great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, March 17, 2008. Also friends may call at Spry Funeral Home in Athens, AL, from 10:00 AM TO 12:30 PM Wednesday 03/19/2008. Funeral service will be at Roselawn Cemetery at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 19, 2008 in Athens, Alabama. Interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Athens, Ala.
