Martin Malone

Mr. Martin Malone, age 75, of Union Mills, Ind., died 11:15 AM Monday, October 15, 2007, at his residence in Union Mills, Ind. He was born October 23, 1931 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Elmer Barker and the late Veronica Fleck Barker. Mr. Malone was the Owner /operator and real estate broker with Malone & Associates since 1968.He was Past President of Hobart Board of Realtors, Past President of the Westville Chamber of Commerce and member of the Westville Lions Club. Enjoyed fishing on his boat and being home on his farm. On May 25, 1979 in Union Mills, Ind. he married Nancy Glasgow who survives. He is also survived by One Step-daughter-Danelle Mark Eaton of Union Mills, Ind.; One Son, Mr. Kevin Malone of Indianapolis, Ind.; One Stepson-Mr. Dan Patty Alm of Hanna, Ind.; Five grandchildren Dannae, Daniel Jr., Duke, Hannah, Noah; Three Step Brothers, Mickey Spraggs of Chantilly, Va., Gene Spraggs of Atlanta, Ga., and Danny Spraggs of Atlanta, Ga. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., Private Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. Wednesday, October 17, 2007, Rev. Karen Altergott officiating. Interment will be at Union Mills Cemetery in Union Mills, Ind.
