Mrs. Marion Ruth Niendorf Biege, age 82, of La Porte, IN., died Monday, May 1, 2006, at Fountainview Terrace in La Porte, IN. She was born January 31, 1924, in Michigan City, IN, to Clarence Niendorf and Nina Hensell Niendorf, who has preceded. Also preceded is a sister, Elaine Davis, brother, Clarence Niedorf, Jr., brother, Kenneth Niendorf. Mrs. Biege was a LaPorte resident, all of her life. On November 22, 1946 in Michigan City, Indiana, she was married to Charles Clarence Biege, who preceded March 19, 1990. Mrs. Biege was Homemaker She Enjoyed growing flowers and knitting. Surviving is her Daughter, Mrs. Alice John Saliwanchik of La Porte, IN, One Son, Mr. Charles Beulah Biege of La Porte, IN, Two Sisters, Mrs. Mildred Miller of Columbia, S.C, Sister-Mrs. Joanne Crosland of Columbia, S.C. Mrs Biege has Four grandchildren, Eight great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. A Graveside Funeral service will be at Pine Lake Cemetery at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 2, 2006 , with Pastor Larry Owens officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, IN.
