Mrs. Margaret F. Hartke, 91 of 153 W. McClung Rd. LaPorte, IN died Tuesday October 19, 2004 at 11:08 a.m. at LaPorte Hospital, LaPorte, IN. She was born August 3, 1943 in LaPorte, IN to Junior and Elizabeth Nora Knotts Hix who has preceded, also preceded in death was a grandchild. Mrs. Hartke lived most of her life in the LaPorte, area. Mrs. Hartke worked for Filter Specialists as a production supervisor for 13 years and retired in 1998. On September 19, 1997 in LaPorte, IN she married Ronald Hartke, Sr., who survives. Also surviving is a son Mr. Bruce Tabatha Kehoe of LaPorte, IN a daughter Tammy Kehoe of Pensicola Beach, Florida two step-sons Mr. Harold J. Hartke of LaPorte, IN Mr. Ronald J. Debbie Hartke, Jr. of LaPorte, IN two brothers Mr. Roy Hix of LaPorte, IN Mr. Donald Hix of LaPorte, IN and several nieces and nephews of LaPorte, IN. Mrs. Hartke has 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation, the service will be a private family service held at a later date.
