Lulu Newhouse

Mrs. Lulu Belle Newhouse, 69, of 1900 Andrew Ave., LaPorte, Indiana passed away Thursday July 1, 2004 at LaPorte Hospital. She was a life long resident of LaPorte, Indiana. Born December 9, 1934 in LaPorte to Walter and Ida Maylong Ott. On March 29, 1973 in Kansas City, Missouri she married Harold Newhouse who preceded January 5, 1977. Surviving are five sisters; Helen Schaible of Plymouth, Indiana, Della Nichols of Michigan City, Indiana, Mary Williams of Dallas, Texas, Betty Jane Taylor of South Bend, Indiana, and Dorothy Nichols of LaPorte, Indiana. Also several nieces and nephews. Preceding are her parents, husband and one sister Elzora Hawkins. There will be no visitation or service. Burial will be in the Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
