Lois Boniface

Mrs. Lois E. Boniface, age 83, of La Porte, Ind., died Saturday, 10:20 PM November 18, 2006, at Fountainview Terrace in La Porte, Ind. She was born September 15, 1923 in Knox, Ind. to the late Herman Bechtel and the late Verda Lain Bechtel. She has lived most of her life in the LaPorte area. Mrs. Boniface was employed as a custodian by Galena Elementary School. On May 30, 1942 in LaPorte, Ind. she married Harold L. Boniface who preceded in death June 17, 1994. She is also survived by her Daughter, Mrs. Nancy Daedone of Michigan City, Ind.; Son, Mr. Larry Jill Boniface of La Porte, Ind.: Three grandchildren, Chance Boniface, Cole Boniface, Cami Boniface; Five great-grandchildren; Three Sisters, Mrs. Betty Wallen of Hamlet, Ind., Mrs. Rosalee Bright of Rolling Prairie, Ind., and Mrs. Donna Troy of Rolling Prairie, Ind. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and One Brother Lloyd Upp. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 21, 2006 and from 9:30 AM Wednesday until time of the Service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 22, 2006 , Bro. Ransom Ebersole officiating.
