Linda Wallen

Mrs. Linda J. Wallen, age 55, of Appomattox, Va., died Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at Lynchburg General Hospital in Lynchburg, Va. She was born June 10, 1950 in Precious W.V. to late Cary Lesher and the late Roxie Goodwin Lesher. Mrs. Wallen was a Homemaker and she enjoyed gardening and making stain glass, "She was a Grandmother". On July 9, 1969 in Hamlet, IN. she married William L. Wallen who survives. Also surviving are Three Daughters, Kristina "Lori" Alex Wiedenhoeft of Mineral Point, Wis., Miss Jessica L. Wallen of San Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Angela Joe Rehlander of La Porte, Ind.; Six grandchildren; Two Sisters, Mrs. Patricia Adkins of West Virginia, Mrs. Sue Kenfield of Hudson Lake, Ind.; Five Brothers, Mr. Gerald Lesher of Charleston, W. Va., Mr. Robert Lesher of West Virginia, Mr. Billy Lesher of West Virginia, Mr. Jesse Lesher of West Virginia, and Mr. Melvin Lesher of West Virginia. She is pareceded in death by her parents, One Brother, David Lesher and One Sister, Cathy Lesher. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, September 15, 2005. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home at 7:00 PM Thursday, September 15, 2005 , Alex Wiedenhoeft officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
