Lawrence Dewayne Pearish March 10, 1938-July 27, 2015 Lawrence Dewayne Pearish, 77, of Knifley, Kentucky, (formerly of LaPorte) died Monday July 27, 2015 at Norton Healthcare Pavillion Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born March 10, 1938 in Stillwell, Indiana, the son of Ray Leo Pearish and Opal Ruth (Landes) Pearish. On October 9, 1974, in LaPorte, IN, he married Ronda Jean (Shoupe) Pearish who survives. He is also survived by his five children, Jackie Lee (Mike) Blaze, James Michael Pearish, Marcie Lee Martin, Shannon Eve (Daniel) Martin, Paul Lawrence (Candace) Pearish; fourteen grandchildren, James Michael Pearish III, Alicia Marie Pearish, Joshua James Pearish, Jayson Michael Blaze, Jeremy Wayne Blaze, Melisa Diane Butler, Matthew Allen Blaze, Nathaniel Robert Martin, Autumn Jewell Burton, Chase Ryan Martin, Kyle Wayne Martin, Kody Jean Martin, Kayla Danielle Martin, Alexis Rose Pearish, Korissa Noel Pearish. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Thomas Dean Pearish, and son-in-law, Dale Martin. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN where the family will receive friends Friday, July 31, 2015, from 10:00 am, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Friday July 31, 2015 at 12:00 pm with Rev. Richard Hoffman officiating.
