Kelly Wireman, 59, of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, passed away Monday December 19, 2022 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born May 15, 1963 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Kelly Eugene Wireman Sr. and Genie (Diedrich) Wireman.

Kelly had a love for horses and began his career as a jockey when a teenager working for his father.  He was a jockey for 15 years before moving on as an auto worker press operator, a field he stayed in for 20 years.  Kelly was a homebody but love to see his friends and family. He liked to hang out on the garage and do yard work. Kelly also enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and going to the gun range.

He is survived by his two sons, Brandon Wireman, and Kasey Wireman; two daughters, Brittany Wireman, Carrie Wireman; grandchildren, Faith, Jaxon, Jonathon, Grace, Owen and Emmitt;

Kelly was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Wireman.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Cremation will take place.
