Katherine Dreyer

Mrs. Katherine Z. Fry Dreyer, age 90, of La Porte, IN, died Monday, September 18, 2006, at Fountainview Terrace in La Porte, IN. She was born July 9, 1916, in North Judson, IN, to Floyd Fry and Stella Fry, who has preceded. Also preceded, is a Son, John Dreyer, three sisters, and two brothers, her Husband, Mr. Chester Dreyer. Mrs. Dreyer has lived most of her life in the LaPorte area. Mrs. Dreyer, was married to Chester J. Dreyer, in LaPorte, IN, who preceded, October 13, 2005. Katherine was a foster mother to over 1000 babies. She had many talents, singing, playing the piano and was an exceptional seamtress. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her Two Daughters, Twin-Daughter-Mrs. Kathleen Warren Attar of La Porte, IN, Twin-Daughter-Mrs. Arleen Kent Reese of Plymouth, IN, One Son, Mr. Thomas Dreyer of La Porte, IN, One Brother, Mr. Ed Fry of Augusta, Ga, Nine grandchildren, Mary Attar Gains, of LaPorte, Michael Beiter, of Indianapolis, IN, Michelle Sommers, of South Bend, IN, Maria Lemert, of Plymouth, IN, Joe Attar, of LaPorte, IN, Steve Attar of Indianapolis, IN, Jason Dreyer, of Kentucky, Nathen Dreyer, of Kentucky, Mat Dreyer, of Kentucky, Fifteen great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN, where the family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Thursday, September 21, 2006. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 12:00 PM Thursday, September 21, 2006 , with Rev. Ian Williams officiating.
