June Lavone Loeffler July 4, 1928-May 29, 2013 Mrs. June Lavone Loeffler, 84, of South Bend, Indiana, (formerly of LaPorte) died Wednesday May 29, 2013 at her daughter's home. She was born July 4, 1928 in North Liberty, Indiana, the daughter of Harold Dietrich and Ruth (Albright) Dietrich. June had worked for 15 years at Bernel Foam. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. June loved the Cubs, and LaPorte High School sports. She always was helping others before thinking of herself. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Valerie J. Loeffler of Terre Haute, IN., Julianne (Ernie) Scott of South Bend, IN; 2 sons Mark D. Loeffler of Albany, OR, and Stephen (Annette) Loeffler of La Porte, IN; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sister - Rosemond Raffaele of Plymouth, IN, and sister-in-law - Rosezella Dietrich of Greenwood, IN. June was preceded in death by her parents, son, Ronald Loeffler Jr., and brother, Robert Dietrich. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 10:00 am, CDT, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Saturday June 1, 2013 at 12:00 pm CDT, with Rev. Jim Toole officiating.
