Joseph R. McKeehan October 29, 1983-June 23, 2017 Joseph R. McKeehan, 33, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Friday June 23, 2017 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, IN. He was born October 29, 1983 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Terry McKeehan and Teena (Moore) McKeehan. Joe was a truck driver for KRD Trucking of Lynwood, IL. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, especially his children. He married Amy McKeehan on April 5th, who survives. He is also survived by son, Ayden McKeehan; daughter, Breanna McKeehan; mother Teena McKeehan; father and step-mother, Terry and Patricia McKeehan; three brothers, Joshua McKeehan, Jason McWirter, Justin McKeehan; two sisters, Tracy Timm, and Jody Wojtas. Joseph was preceded in death by his brother, Jacob McKeehan. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. The family will receive friends from 10:30 am Saturday July 1, 2017 until time of the service at the Kingsbury Baptist Church, P.O. 47 Kingsbury, IN 46345. A life celebration will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday July 1, 2017 at the Kingsbury Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Allen officiating. Interment will be at the Kingsbury Cemetery, Kingsbury, Indiana.
