John Seton Lanigan September 3, 1939-June 26, 2018 John S. Lanigan,78, of Michigan City, passed away peacefully Tuesday June 26, 2018 at his home with his family by his side. He was born September 3, 1939 in Dublin, Ireland, raise in Ballybunion, County Kerry, Ireland, the son of Timothy Lanigan and Bridget (Beatrice) McCarthy Lanigan. Loving husband of 54 years to Mary Lanigan and devoted father to Jude. John was a good hearted man with a wonderful sense of humor and will be missed by many. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LaPorte. A memorial mass will be held at Saint Ann of the Dunes Catholic Church, Thursday July 12, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. John B. Barasinski officiating.
