John Ginther

Mr. John O. Ginther, 78, of 4 New Market Dr., Delaware, Ohio passed away Saturday April 17, 2004 at Delaware Court Health Care, Delaware, Ohio. Born October 8, 1925 in Burrows, Indiana, to Floyd and Ruth Johnsenbaugh Ginther, who preceded. Mr. Ginther married Jean Schupbach on July 5, 1947, in Dayton, Indiana, who survives. Mr. Ginther worked for Ace Hardware for thirty five years as a retail store manager, retiring in 1991. He also was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII. Surviving with his wife are one daughter; Bonnie Mike Adams of Delaware, Ohio, two sons; Steve Monica Ginther of LaPorte and Mike Janie Ginther of Tucson, Arizona, one sister; Alice Baker of Logansport, Indiana, and seven grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Tuesday April 20, 2004 at the Pine Lake Cemetery Chapel, at 11:00 a.m.. Burial will be follow at the cemetery.
