Joellen Bee

Mrs. JoEllen Bee, age 56, of New Carlisle Hudson Lake, Ind., died Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born July 19, 1952 in LaPorte, Ind. to Arthur Heminger and Shirley Tibbs Heminger. She was a life-long resident of the Hudson Lake and New Carlisle, area. Mrs. Bee was a homemaker and was a member of Hudson Lake Menonite Church in Hudson Lake, Ind. She enjoyed doing crafts sewing, drawing, knitting. She loved to help others and loved children. In 1977 in Chicago, Ill., she married Gary Bee of New Carlisle, Hudson Lake Ind. She is also survived by her ; Father, Arthur Heminger, Mother; Shirley Heminger; One Daughter, Tiffany Bee; One Son, Jammie Heminger; Three Sisters, Linda Brad Kenyon, E. Ann Michael Bromley, Ruth Heminger; One Sister-in-law, Sue Richard Seils; Three Brothers, Wayne Roberta Heminger, Garry Sandy Heminger, M. Scott Heminger; One Brother-in-law-Richard Carol Bee; Seven Nephews, Markus Heminger, Dave Heminger, Luke Heminger, Joshua Heminger, Aaron Kenyon, Shannon Kenyon, Jacob Bromley; Six Nieces, Kate Swafford, Sarah Heminger, Hannah Heminger, Roseann Kenyon, Breanne Kenyon, Melissa Bromley. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, September 19, 2008 and from 12:00 PM, until time of service Saturday, September 20, 2008. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 20, 2008, with Rev. Esther Lanting, officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
