Mr. Jerry Lee Bottom, 57 of 505 L Street LaPorte, IN died Tuesday November 2, 2004 at 6:05a.m. At LaPorte Hospital, LaPorte, Indiana. He was born January 20, 1947 in Springfield, KY to Harold S. and Margaret Young Bottom Knoll who has proceeded. Mr. Bottom lived in the LaPorte area for 10 years, coming from Mishawaka, IN., area. Mr. Bottom worked in various shops in LaPorte as a welder, he attended the Salvation Army, and enjoyed playing pool, he had played for Rosie?s bar league. Also preceded in death were a son Mr. Jerry Bottom Jr., a brother Mr. Harold Bottom, and two sister?s Mrs. Jean Cocanougher and Mrs. Linda Spradlin Surviving are two daughter?s Mrs. Julie Fowler of Michigan City, IN, Mrs. Debra Jack Barkow Strelesky of Michigan City, IN a son Christopher Kim Bottom of Greenfield, IN a step-father Mr. Jim Knoll of LaPorte, IN, Two sister?s Mrs. Rita Bill Purser of Augusta, MI, Mrs. Darlene Darold Signitz of Mission, TX, a sister-in-law Mrs. Edgie Bottom of South Bend, IN, two brother in-law?s, Mr. Wayne Spradlin of Ravenden, AR, Mr. Donald L. Cocanougher of Springfield, KY. The Funeral will be a Memorial Service at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday November 5, 2004 at 2:00p.m. With Pastor Jack M.Cox, Burial of ashes will take place at a later date.
