Jeannie Smith, age 62, of Fairdealing, Mo., died Saturday, December 30, 2006, at Her Residence in Fairdealing, Mo. She was born September 2, 1944 in LaPorte, IN. to the late Sam Rodgers and the late Pauline Comeno Irwin. Smith was a Homemaker and was a member of Pilgrims Rest Church. She enjoyed children, gardening, camping, feeding the fish and riding in her golf cart. She is survived by her Son, Mr. Michael R. Georgia Smith of Fairdealing, Mo.; Two Grandchildren, Michelle Smith of Fairdealing, MO and Shauna Smith of Fairdealing, MO.; Ex-Husband Mr. Robert A. Smith of Fairdealing, MO; Fiancé, Mr. John McClain of Fairdealing, MO. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, January 5, 2007. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 2:00 PM Friday, January 5, 2007, Jeff Barnard officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
