James Keith Day December 13, 1937-August 31, 2013 Mr. James Keith Day, 75, of La Porte, Indiana, died Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Golden Living Center-Countryside LaPorte, IN. He was born December 13, 1937 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Ermel Alford Day and Elsie (Helt) Day. James worked in insurance risk management. He was a former member of St. Pauls Episcopal Church. James enjoyed golfing and visiting zoo's. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Betty Day of South Bend, IN; 2 nephews - Robert Day of Chesterton, IN, Michael Day of La Porte, IN, and niece - Theresa Parsons of La Porte, IN. James was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Day, Sr. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN There will be no visitation. A Graveside service will be held at Pine Lake Cemetery, Friday, September 6, 2013 at 11:00 am with Rev.
