James Anez

Mr. James Earl Anez, 64, of La Porte, Indiana, died Sunday November 29, 2009 at La Porte Hospital in La Porte. He was born December 26, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Donald Anez and Mary Jablonsky Anez. James worked for the Whirlpool Corp. for thirty-three years, retiring in 2002. On February 14, 1981, in LaPorte, IN, he married Mary F. Schell, who survives. He is also survived by his daughter, Gail Krys Beal of Kingsbury, IN; step-daughter, JoAnn Doug Newbanks of Michigan City, IN; three grandsons, Tyler J. Schell, Elijah Beal, Luke Beal; one brother, Donald Anez of MI; one sister, Mary Robbins of La Porte, IN; one half-sister, Donna Bursaw of MN. James was preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. Private family services will be held at a later date.
